In accordance with your flight schedule, we will be at the Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu to extend a warm welcome to you in our beautiful country for the beautiful trip. After exchanging warm welcome greetings at the arrival section, we will lead you to our vehicle to transfer you to our trip hotel. It’s a day at complete leisure on your own to relax the jetlag. But we definitely help you with the information to go around in case you’d like to do so.

We spend a full day in Kathmandu today which will be a necessary acclimatization day as well. Early in the morning after breakfast, we will meet for a trip briefing where we will talk about this amazing trip in detail and answer your questions should you have any. After the brief meeting is over, we are taking you for an amazing cultural sightseeing tour of heritage sites in Kathmandu valley.

The sites we take you for sightseeing today include Swoyambhunath - the oldest monument in Kathmandu valley, and Patan – a medieval city with several Buddhist shrines and squares. A thorough immersion into the spiritual vibrations of these two places will take you deeper into the spiritual faith and Boudhanath – the largest Buddhist stupa and a highly sacred pilgrimage site.

We check out the hotel in Kathmandu and drive to Namo Buddha, 41 km east of Kathmandu. A scenic drive for about one and half hours takes us to the beautiful countryside where a sacred monastery is located. Thrangu Tashi Yangtse Monastery better known as Namo Buddha Monastery has such a beautiful ambiance and spiritual vibrations.

We spend a whole day visiting the temple, meditating, and exploring the monastery. A peaceful day in the spectacular and spiritual setting of Namo Buddha is a day that we deserve after a full day in the chaos of Kathmandu yesterday. We stay overnight in Namo Buddha.

We drive to Kathmandu airport to board a flight to Lumbini. By flying to Lumbini for about 45 minutes, we are avoiding a tiring 11 hours of drive. When we reach Lumbini, we go to explore the birthplace of Buddha and pay homage to him.

We visit Mayadevi temple and Pushkarini, the sacred pond where Mayadevi took a bath before giving birth to Siddharth Gautam and Siddhartha himself got his firth bath on the pond. We pray and meditate on the temple premises then walk up to World Peace Flame to pray and return back to the hotel.

We take a full-day spiritual tour of Lumbini. Visiting and praying in several different monasteries in the birthplace of Buddha heightens our spiritual faith. We also visit the museum there along with the visit to the world peace stupa. A full day exploration of the sacred birthplace of Buddha will give us high spiritual energy.

After an incredible immersion into the spiritual wonders of the birthplace of Buddha, we are driving to Pokhara today for an immersion in the natural beauty of Pokhara. It’s a long day drive to Pokhara on a beautiful and winding highway through the middle hills of Nepal.

About seven hours of drive through beautiful rural settings of middle hills in western Nepal takes us to the beautiful lake city of Pokhara where we will indulge in several different activities. The stretch of the highway goes through beautiful places and eventually reaches Pokhara where the breathtaking Annapurna panorama in the Himalayas welcomes us on a clear day.

Our day starts very early in the morning. We set our wake-up alarm at the fixed time and get ready for a drive to Sarangkot hill to witness a spectacular sunrise over the Annapurna range. We reach Sarangkot after about half an hour of drive to enjoy a close-up, panoramic view of the mountain peaks in the Annapurna range. When the sun rises and pours its rays over the mountains, they look overwhelming.

We drive back to the hotel for breakfast after sunrise. The mouthwatering breakfast is followed by peaceful boating on Lake Fewa for about an hour. Later, we have a free half-day to relax and wander around the lakeside and also to go for some adventure activities if you like to.

We go for another sightseeing tour after lunch hour. We go to visit Davis falls, Gupteshwor cave, and the Tibetan refugee camp and finally drive to World Peace Stupa for sunset. We return back to Pokhara and take an easy time on our own.

We take a drive back to Kathmandu that takes about seven hours. We can also go for an optional flight back to Kathmandu that will cost you extra money. Once in Kathmandu, we spend leisurely time back in the chaos of the city after so many days of serene mountain air and incredible adventure.
