Begin your journey with a scenic drive from Kathmandu, the capital city, to Pokhara. The drive takes approximately 6-7 hours of winding roads.

Also, the road passes through lush green hills, terraced farms, and small villages.

Pokhara is a vibrant city and the gateway to the Annapurna region. It is famous for its outdoor activities and serene lakes.

You’ll cross several rivers, including the Trishuli River. It offers amazing and stunning views of the surrounding landscapes. Upon reaching Pokhara, you’ll be greeted by the stunning sight of the Annapurna mountain range reflected in Phewa Lake.

Start the day with an early morning flight from Pokhara to Jomsom. It is a picturesque town nestled in the Kali Gandaki River valley. The 20-minute flight offers breathtaking aerial views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges.

Upon arrival in Jomsom, you’ll notice the stark change in landscape as you move from lush hills to Mustang’s arid terrain.

From Jomsom, start a 14-kilometer bike ride to Kagbeni. The ride from Jomsom to Kagbeni takes about half an hour. Kagbeni is a traditional village known for its mud-brick houses and narrow alleyways.
