Simply amazing. It’s taken a while to put my review on here but the other day I was sorting through the photos from the trip and I realised I needed to write.

This company we’re just fantastic to deal with, from early email queries to the worried daft questions of some of us before we set out on the trek,which I’m sure they have heard a thousand times before. All the team in the office were attentive and nothing was an issue.

We were a group of 12 some couples, friends and a couple of solos including me. I don’t think I could have picked better people to spend 2 intense weeks at close proximity. They were all fab, great company and people I want to keep in touch with. There’s even early talk of a reunion style expedition to Island Peak.

The trek itself is so well organised, we were first out of Kathmandu on the early morning flight to Lukla, organised, sorted, rushed through the airport and next thing we know descending into the craziest airport in the world. We were blessed with amazing weather for the whole trek so getting up, even in the coldest teahouses high up was a joy because it meant a quick breakfast while the sun rose up and then several hours of walking in the stunning sunshine and scenery. 

The tea houses were all great, we had one hiccup with the one in Tengeboche deciding to give away our rooms for no good reason. Everyone was disappointed but I’m sure the company let them know that’s no way to do business!

This was one example wher things could’ve put a real downer on the trek but for one person - Narayana. He is a legend and a fantastic man, guide, waiter, nurse, motivator, organiser. He and Gobi - our second guide/porter were just exceptional. Knowledgeable about every aspect of the trek, the mountains, local culture, all the rules of the mountains. They would guide and pace us expertly, they would get us to meal stops on time and then as if flicking a switch become our waiters for the next hour, always ensuring we were happy, fed and had water bottles topped up ready to go again. 

On an evening Narayana would check our blood sats and pulse and doubtless monitored us all from afar throughout the day to make sure we were all healthy and happy.

Narayana spoke great English and had a great sense of humour and is just a fantastic guy who, getting to know him, makes huge sacrifices being away from his family for weeks on end to make sure people like me have an amazing experience and I am so grateful to him for that. 

For anyone thinking about it. Do it. You will love it, even when it gets tough mentally and physically tiring. It is definitely an experience you will never forget made all the better by the people you will meet and those who work so hard to make your trip so memorable.

Trekked to EBC. One of the hardest things I have ever done but also one of the most memorable. From start to finish the trip was amazing and well organised. Our guide was Narayan and I don't think we could have been given a better guide. He is knowledgeable and attentive. He cared about our wellbeing and regularly checked in with us to make sure we were acclimatising. He checked our oxygen every evening. He had the patience of a saint as I moaned constantly about everything from the cold, the food, the climb and feeling ill. On part of our trek he played some 80s music on his phone which boosted our morale during a 7 hour slog. 
We were a group of 5 and we all got on splendidly and helped each other get to EBC. 

For me the trek was a once in a lifetime adventure. Narayan and his counterpart Gopal made it so. I would very highly recommend them as guides!

What a trip. Honestly this was a trip of a lifetime and we owe it all to Himalayan Scenery Treks and Expedition. From the word go they were extremely helpful, friendly and gave us all the information we needed to have a great and safe trip. 
Trekking up the Himalayas was an absolutely wonderful experience, large in part to our guide Gopi, who was fantastic, very friendly and always looked out for us. 
We also had a tour around Kathmandu, white water rafting and a safari experience through this company, all of which was so easy to organise. 
Would definitely recommend them to everyone planning an awesome trip!

As a solo woman traveller things can always get a bit intimidating. Not so with the team at HST on your side. The transfers to and from the airport went without a hitch. The hotel in Thamel, the best in my opinion, was situated perfectly for the ultimate souvenir shopping experience and equipped with the most caring staff ever. My day trip out of KTM with Kumar was full of adventure and information. KTM day trip to orientate with my EBC team was made more special by celebrating Holi day with the rest of the Nepalese people. Such fun !
But the reason for my trip to Nepal was the trek itself. The company provided us with an experience that will not be surpassed, as a package deal I received all I expected and more. The trip guide Narayan is an asset to the company in so many ways. He was the most informative, competent, professional and jolly funny fellow ever.
We had an "awesome" time from start to finish. "Bistari Bistari" had us see Himalayan Tar, monals, moonshine distilleries, avalanches and even a rare musk deer. His approach to the trek had our entire group reach Base Camp with no attitude concerns and the veiws detailed with names, heights and a traditional story or two just added to the magic. Gopal Timalsina, Rana Jeewon and your colleague, Your are awesome young men with promising futures. Thank you HST for the experiences. Thouroughly recommend.

Everest Base Camp trek with Nam & Harry, the best guide and porter in Nepal!
An absolutely amazing experience made even better by our guide and porter Nam & Harry. The trek itself was incredible with amazing scenery and experiences. Accommodation was all arranged through the company which was perfect. Nam was very knowledgable, attentive and communicative throughout the trek, he really did make the experience that much better. Himalayan Scenery Treks were also very organised and helpful throughout the process. 

For anyone thinking of doing this trek, or any others in Nepal, I’d fully recommend contacting Himalayan Scenery Treks and requesting Nam as your guide. It’s a once in a lifetime experience that you won’t regret!

What can I say about the Himalayan Scenery Treks and Expedition.. There's an awful lot of companies that do trips to ABC and EBC but I honestly think I chose the best one. Ram in the office was a massive help, we had some great communication via email before I we left and was always available to answer any questions that we had (and we had a few).

The trek itself was simply amazing, it's was the best experience of my life. Our guide Gopi was brilliant, knowledgeable and very friendly and he ensured that we never once felt in danger. We became good friends over the two weeks and we still keep in touch over social media.

I'd recommend this company to anyone and everyone and I plan on using them again.

We just came back from the Manaslu Circuit Trek with our guide Gakul and porter Kailash. The trek itself is amazing, stunning views and nice sleeping facilities with delicious food. Gakul and Kailash made sure everything was arranged for us perfectly and this made it a trip to never forget.

I was very lucky to have Narayan as guide. he was very informative and friendly. he took very good care of us.we had great clear view of annapurna and so other mountains. thanks for Himalayan sceneary treks for great arrangements.
