Jomsom Muktinath Trip is an experiential trip to the Lower Mustang region. The trek starts from the foothills and gradually advances towards the rugged terrain of lower Mustang and reaches up to Muktinath that is a sacred, spiritual center for many.  The Jomsom Muktinath trip provides the trekkers the opportunity to walk through diverse ethnic groups with their fascinating culture and wide variety of wildlife and vegetation to explore.

The trek begins at Nayapul and goes through incredible foothills. Encounters with several cultural and natural wonders, in the villages and forested part that the trek passes through, make the trek incredibly fascinating. As the trek goes higher in the elevation towards Muktinath, it is like entering a different world. A complete contrast between the low foothills and high Himalayan landscape is worth experiencing. Himalayan panorama, cultural riches, nature walking, mouthwatering local taste, wonderful hospitality and many other fascinating features make this trip a must-go-for-it trip.

Muktinath, the final destination of the trip, is a rich spiritual center where thousands of people go to seek for spiritual liberation. Apart from the spiritual source, Muktinath is a wonderful place in itself that boasts some stunning mountain landscapes. This trip is a beautiful mixture of adventure, nature, culture and spirituality.

NOTE: It is recommended that you should arrive in Kathmandu a day earlier before you start your trek (if you do not have a day tour of Kathmandu scheduled). And If you have scheduled Kathmandu day tour you should arrive two days prior from the actual day from trekking.

If you are able to arrive a day earlier, it will be best for you as you will get some time to rest, know about the trekking you are doing, get info about the trekking routes, and you get time to buy trekking equipment if necessary. Similarly, if you can manage a day or two after trekking. In case of any flight delay from Lukla to Kathmandu due to different circumstances you will have lower chance of missing your international flights. Adding some extra days beside actual trekking days will help you enjoy your trip to Nepal to the fullest without having to worry about any preparations, any flight delays, and missing international flights.
