The Annapurna Base Camp trek is famous for trekkers. The Annapurna Sanctuary trek begins at the lovely lakeside resort town of Pokhara on the Southern slopes of the Annapurna massif, a lovely area of fir and rhododendron forests, protected by Annapurna conservation Area Project. This riveting trek is consider as one of the most scenic treks in the region, affording the trekker views of Manaslu, Dhaulagiri, Ganesh Himal and the Annapurna range.
Regarded as one of the most popular treks, it takes you through charismatic villages, rich oak, pine and rhododendron forests and grants you fabulous views of the giant snow-peaks- Annapurna I (8019m), Annapurna III (7555m), Gangapurna (7454m) and Machhapuchchhre (6999m). The Kaligandaki Gorge, the deepest gorge in the world, and Tilicho Lake, the highest lake at 4,919 m, are also located in this area. The trek to the Annapurna base camp traverses a variety of terrain, from lowland villages and rice terraces to glaciers, and offers outstanding high mountain views.

Day 01Arrive at Tribhuvan International airport (1345meters).Himalayan Scenery Treks staff will welcome you at the airport. Transfer to hotel. Overnight at 3 star Hotel
Day 02Sightseeing around heritage site Kathmandu valley. Be introduced to your Trekking Guide and other staff, complete documentation and trek preparation. Kathmandu world heritage sightseeing by car with tour guide. Overnight at 3 star hotel.
Day 03Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara (200 Kilometers west of Kathmandu) - 6 Hours:We drive along the scenic Trisuli and Marsyangdi River to reach Pokhara, it’s a pretty good drive as we go by the beautiful river which is also good for rafting; we view Ganesh Himal and the Manaslu peak as well during the Driving. Pokhara is a tourist's paradise full of natural as well as cultural heritage sites such as lakes, caves, & temples of Buddhist and Hindus along with her lovely mountains; after 6 hours of driving; we will arrive in Pokhara, the city of lakes…Welcome to this beautiful town of serene lakes that gives so much meaning to your holidays. Day 04POKHARA – Nayapool Drive and Trek to Ulleri (1960M) 6 hoursAfter Breakfast an hour drive to Nayapul (50km). Then start your Trek about 20 minutes to Birethati, a prosperous town beside the Modi River. Again heading your Trek to hille, then trek to tirkhe dughga. After tirkhe dhunga crosses a stream (Bhurungdi Khola) on a suspension bridge. Trek to a large Magar Village called Ulleri.This day you will Trek about 4-5hrs. O/n at Guest House.
Day 05Trek from Ulleri to Ghorepani, (2800) 6 hoursRise with the sun, ascending to Poon Hill (3210m). Clear weather permitting, experience a magical, panoramic view of the mountains of Dhaulagiri I (8167m), Annapurna I (8019m), and Manalsu (8156m). After a mouth watering mountain breakfast at the tea house we start the trek of the day. Wonderful valley view from walking trail, The whole trail leads you through villages and forest to Ghorepani where your efforts will be rewarded with magnificent close up views of the Himalaya (given the weather is clear). We will stay the night at a Guest House at 2800 meters
Day 06Ghorepani- Poon Hill to Tadapani (2590M), 7 hoursRise with the sun, ascending to Poon Hill (3210m). Clear weather permitting, experience a magical, panoramic view of the mountains of Dhaulagiri I (8167m), Annapurna I (8019m), and Manalsu (8156m). Views of the 6,000-meter-deep Kali Gandaki Gorge and the trans-Himalayan ranges are possible- forming the border of Nepal with Tibetan China. Descend to the lodge for a late breakfast before continuing onto Ghorepani (2800m) - an important stop-over on the old trading route to Tibet. From Ghorepani, the walk is all downhill before arriving at the village of Banthanti, finally ending the journey at Tadapani. Overnight at Guest House.
Day 07Tadapani to Chhomrung (2200M) 6 HoursDescends through rhododendron and oak forests, arriving at Chhomrung for a midday lunch. Chhomrung is a Gurung Village, and the highest permanent settlement in the valley with a tremendously vast view across to Annapurna South and Machhapuchhare. Ovenight at Guest House.
Day 08Chhomrung to Dovan or Himalaya Hotel (2920M) 6 HoursDescends via a stone staircase, eventually crossing the Chhomrung Khola. Climb high above the Modi Khola, traveling its west bank, and pass through forests of bamboo, rhododendron and oak. This portion of the day trek is followed by another ascent to Kuldi before finally descending to Dovan. Overnight at Guest House
Day 09Dovan - (Machhapurchhe Base Camp) or Annapurna Base Camp (Sanctuary) (4130M) 6 HoursFrom Dovan, the trail climbs high above the river, on to the lateral moraine, and down the other side to the glacier. Go up to the bed of the glacier before finally arriving at the Annapurna Base Camp (4200m) for an overnight stay. Overnight Guest House
Day 10Annapurna Base Camp to Bamboo (2310M) 6 HoursBeginning with an early morning ascent for a stunning sunrise and breakfast, the journey returns to Bamboo for an overnight stay. Overnight at Guest House.
Day 11Bamboo to Jhinu Hotspring (1780M) 5 Hours5 hour descent to Kuldi. Continue through beautiful rhododendron forests and down to Sinuwa. From Sinuwa, the trail leads downhill to the Modi Khola, closing the day with a climb to Chhomrung and to Jhinu Hot Spring. Relax in swimming pools with naturally hot water. Overnight at Guest House.
Day 12Jhinu Hot Spring – Kyumi (1220M) Drive to Pokhara City (820M) 3 hours Trek and 2.5 Hours DriveDescend through forests to Kyumi Pass through Ghandrung low part - offering, yet another, picturesque, panoramic view of Annapurna South before ending the day’s voyage. Drive via jeep back to Pokhara (2 hours). Check in at hotel and rest, enjoy an evening walk around lakeside. Overnight at 2 star hotel In Pokhara City
Day 13Drive Back To Kathmandu by Tourist Bus (1310M) 6 HoursMorning after breakfast drive back to Kathmandu by Tourist Bus, enjoy the scenery on the way, after check inn Hotel have a rest and Enjoy a farewell dinner in Evening, Overnight at 3 star hotel In Kathmandu.
