Upon your arrival in Tribhuwan international airport Kathmandu, you will be sincerely welcomed by our representative. Then, you will be transferred to the hotel. After you have been refreshed you will meet your guide and porters to brief you about your trip. In evening you can stroll down the street to get familiar with the neighborhood. After breakfast, our organized sightseeing tour head ahead towards Pashupatinath Temple in the morning which is situated on the banks of holy Bagmati river. It is the home to the most famous Hindu temple in the country. Here we will see Hindu holy men and pilgrims performing ritual bathing, and occasionally, funeral pyres burning on the ghats. Then, you will go towards to the centre of the Kathmandu to explore the ancient city of Kathmandu with full of art and craft including Kathmandu Durbar Square, the ‘Hanuman Dhoka’ and Kumari temple. Next, sightseeing will be at Boudhanath. Which is the biggest & Largest Buddhist Stupa in the World. In this Area, you will visit Buddhist and others Monastery respectively. Then drive to one of the oldest stupa Syambhunath, known as monkey temple as you will see the large number monkeys surrounding the Stupa. This place is popular between Buddhist and Hindus equally. In evening you will be returned. If time keep on, you can roam around thamel which is known as tourist market. Overnight stay in hotel.
Early morning after breakfast in hotel, we will drive for Pokhara. It takes around 7 hours’ drive from Kathmandu. Tourist's heaven, a Pokhara with full of natural and cultural heritage sites of Buddhist and Hindus along with Himalayas. Along the route, you can have beautiful sights and can observe local people’s lifestyle from different groups. We will reach Pokhara early afternoon. You can also observe views to the north across the hills and Phewa Tal to the white peaks of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges after refreshment. Pokhara is also known for peaceful city of lake. Overnight stay in hotel.
We will drive to Bijayapur from Pokhara. Within thirty minutes’ drive we will reach Bijayapur. From Bijaypur we start our trek. Through the beautiful flat rice fields and then go up to Chautara via Rakhi. Away from Chautara our trek continues to a Village dominated by Brahmins which one of the major castes of Nepal. The trail past the village finally joins us to Kalikasthan. The view of Pokhara from the Village is interesting and the mountain views to the north are equally enthralling. Overnight at Kalikasthan.
After the breakfast, we descends towards Ghale Gaun. One of Nepal's most popular mid-hill destinations for home stay tourism, Ghale Gaun is a wonderful village. En-route to Ghale we pass through pleasant rhododendron forest savoring the exceptional views of Boudha Himal, Himalchuli, and Manaslu in the east, Lamjung Himal and Annapurna in the north. On our arrival at Ghale we enjoy the hospitality of the host family that belongs to great Gurkha Warriors, the Gurungs.
The trail stretches at a flat level along the river bank until you reach Khilan (village). You follow a track which is gently uphill for some distance and then gradually goes steeply up for some moment. En route, you will cross Parju village. The trail again climbs until Sikles village. This is one of the oldest and largest Gurung villages found here. Most of the people here serve in the Indian and British Army.
We can see some of activities that are different for any western trekkers in Sikles. This place is famous as a point from which to see snow slip thundering down off the mountain sides. Folk songs and dances are an important part of Gurung life and cultural shows are common events in Sikles. The creation of handicrafts in a traditional way, the cloth merging process in the traditional way and the flourmills ruined by water current following old traditional systems will attract you. As well, you can also explore the neighboring rhododendron forest in Sikles.
After breakfast, the trip to the next destination of the day get up. It takes around 6 hours trek to Bhaisikharka. The enjoyable walk delight in the views of Annapurna and lamjung Himal will bring you to Bhaisi Kharka after six hours of easy walk.
The trek descends down towards Ghale Goan. On the way, the trail goes through the rhododendron forest. Ghale Gaun was named as second village tourism destination after Sirubari of Syanja. Here, we can see the panoramic view of many Himalayas, such as Bouddha Himal, Himalchuli, and Manasulu in the East, Lamjung Himal and Annapurna on the North and the peak of Machhapuchare on the west.
After the breakfast, treks down from Ghale Gaun to Khudi. On the way you will go through dense jungle and Lama Gaun. We will have Lunch at a local restaurant at Khudi. Again trek from Khudi to Besisahar along the series of Marsyangdi River. It is a historical Hindu goddess temple of Lamjung District located in Gaunshahar. It has a sub-tropical climate with deciduous forests.
It takes about six hour drive back to Kathmandu, so we'll try to head off early and stop for lunch en route back. The gentle light sends us on our way back to the bustle of Nepal's capital. You can explore the local area and perhaps do a bit of last minute shopping at the heart of Kathmandu valley. You also have the option of doing some sight-seeing including Bhaktapur and Patan. Afterwards, you will have an evening farewell dinner with your squad and overnight at Hotel.
