In accordance with your flight schedule, we will be at the Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu to extend a warm welcome to you in our beautiful country for the beautiful trip. After exchanging warm welcome greetings at the arrival section, we will lead you to our vehicle to drop you off in our trip hotel. It’s a day at complete leisure, you will be on your own and you can do whatever you want to do for refreshment. But we definitely will be happy to guide you around the city.
On the second day of arrival we will be interacting with each other. After early breakfast every guest need to arrive at Company to review about their trip so that they can buy and manage the required stuff for their trips. After talking about the trip we will be taking our guest for cultural sightseeing tour around Kathmandu Valley.
The destination for sightseeing include Swoyambhunath - the oldest monument in Kathmandu valley, Kathmandu Durbar Square – to see the temple of Living Goddess and other medieval architectural wonders, Pashupatinath – to immerse into Hindu death rites on the bank of a holy river, and Boudhanath – a massive Buddhist shrine considered as the biggest in the world.
Early morning after breakfast, we will drive to Prithivi Highway untill Malekhu Bridge and then take right to district headquarter of Dhading. This place is named as Dhadding Besi. We continues our drive towards off road to Salentar then Aarughat bazar. It takes 6-8 hours drives and we will have lunch on the path. Aarughat is one of the renowned shopping center for Manaslu, Gorkha and Dhading’’s remote villagers. We continue drive and after half an hours we will be in Aarkhet Bazar. Overnight stay in lodge
Early morning with greenery, walking through the beautiful Budi Gandaki River and climbing briefly to kyoropani, way go downhill once again to the river at the joining together with the river of seti khola 1000m. Then, we pass a many of small villages until we reach a full of the valley, opposite the fact where a large river enters the Budi Gandaki. The attached farmland here belongs to the village of Lapu Besi. Treks go downhill once again to the wide, sandy river basin where we follow a path, which runs below the canyon side. For a time, we will climb up again on a track to machhekhola. Macchhekhola also refers “fish stream”. Overnight stay in guest house.
We cross the MachheKhola, head ahead upstream to the small village of Khorla Bensi and the hot springs at Tatopani. The track is fairly wide-open and challenging in places. After passing forest trial, we reach the single Guest House at Doban. Beyond Doban, the Budi Gandaki fall away rapidly through an impressive series. The river is much easy going, winding across a wide river basin. At Lauri, we meet with the river on a suspension bridge and climb on a high path to the way of Jagat. Overnight stay in Guest house.
Next, we climb a terraced hill to Salleri, from where we can see the beautiful Sringi Himal (7187m). Passing Budi Gandaki River again at Gatte Khola, our trial continues upstream, through a canyon with towering walls. In next two hours, we pass the river three more times to get around of difficult valley sides then climb up over a further steep spur to cross Philim – Ekle Bhatti, Nyak. Finally we reach the village of Deng. Overnight in guest house.
After breakfast, we cross the valley of Lana where the valley is still most remarkable. There, we start to see Mani stones and after only about four hours we definitely reach at the village of Ghap. Our achievement is that the altitude take us into alpine region and increasing the splendid mountain views. There are many Mani walls after Ghap and three more crossing of the Budi Gandaki on our route to Namrung. Overnight stay in lodge.
The walk today takes us above 3,000 meters from the sea level. An adventurous day today brings us some fabulous views of the mountain. A wonderful view of Naike peak and Sinmang Himal is the day maker. We trek past Lihi and Shyo villages to reach Lho village. These smaller villages along the trail give a great cultural experience of the region. Once we reach Lho village, we can go for an exploration walk around the village.
We relish the breakfast and set off on about five hours of trekking journey for the day. We walk to Samagaun as the destination today. We are trekking in the Nubri valley now that feels highly remote and secluded. Peaceful surrounding, thinning air, sparser settlement and changing landscape and vegetation give us a different experience of trekking than in the lower region. We trek along with wonderful views of the mountains and the surroundings. We will eventually reach Samagaun for our overnight stay.
We have already reached to the point where we need an acclimatizing time. We are doing the same today as we go around Samagaun to explore and acclimatize. We engage the day on a beautiful hike, monastery exploration and soaking in the charm of the surrounding. The view that the day brings is stupendously charming. Mountains and nature give out the most of their fascinating wonders to make our day. We stay overnight today at Samagaun.
We are ready to trek further higher after a good day of acclimatization at Samagaun. We will trek to Samdo today after the breakfast. About five hours of trek then, we can have view of mountain peaks and incredible mountain landscapes. The trail winds through several wonderful places including some yak pastures along it. As we head higher up, we experience the air getting thinner but the view and joy of being into the beautiful Nubri valley makes our time really worth being there. Finally, we reach Samdo for overnight stay.
We are traversing the trail to Larke Phedi, the base camp to go for high mountain pass called Larke pass. We see a complete change on the landscape as we go higher towards the destination. The walk that takes us almost to 4,500 meters above sea level brings stunning views of Himalayan peaks and high altitude landscape. Larke Phedi, also known as Dharamshala, has breathtaking views to keep us engrossed on so that the increasing altitude is not too much of concern so to spoil the joy of the view.
We reach the highest point on this trek today. On our walk to Bimthang (3,720 meter), we are going to walk across Larke pass that stands 5,160 meters above sea level. Although the walk up to the pass is strenuous, it is worth going for as breathtaking panoramic view of the Himalayas awaits us there. As the meaning of the name “Larke Pass” means the “Victory Hill”, we really feel victorious on the achievement of crossing the 5,000 meter pass. And the panoramic view of Annapurna II, Namjung Himal, Pang Phuchi, Himlung Himal and the whole mountain stretch makes the day as the highlight for this trip.
Later we descend steeply towards the destination. The path taking down towards Bimthang is a little difficult so we need to step carefully. We eventually reach Bimthang to stay overnight. This day of adventure concludes with joyful experience.
After an adventurous day of crossing the Larke pass, we will start the day at ease. Our trek starts after devouring the breakfast and heads towards Tiliche. The trail passes through Sangure Kharka, Dudh Khola and goes towards Gho village. As we trek towards the lower elevation, we see the change in landscape, weather and vegetation. We are walking down towards the Mashyangdi River valley after walking through beautiful Budhi Gandaki and Nubri valleys. We will spend overnight at Tiliche (2,300 Meter) today.
Leave-taking from Tilje, your trek ascends about 45 minutes to reach Dharapani passing a bridge over the Marshyangdi River. On the way you will catch great scenery and splendid Himalaya’s views. Checking out the Manaslu permit then continues of our legs towards Annapurna trail to Katre (Khotro) and straight walk to Tal village which is very nice village in Marshyndi valley. Overnight stay in Guesthouse.
Today we take Jeep to Besi Sahar 800m, 4-6 hours’ drive by local Jeep or bus. Cross the Marshyandi River catch the Jeep drive to Besi Sahar. If you are interest to walk all the way to Besi Sahar also Possible but you need to follow road so that we recommend to take Jeep to Basi Sahar. If you walk all the way to Shyange (1100m), 5-6 hours and next day directly drive to Kathmandu 7-8 hours, overnight at hotel.
We drive along route of the banks of Marsyangdi and Trishuli River, observing the beautiful scenery of rice fields, terraced farms, rivers and valleys. Enjoying the views of the hilly areas and and splendid mountains, we reach Kathmandu after few hours of journey. If time left you can utilize it through the exploration of Kathmandu city or you can go for shopping also. Overnight stay in hotel.
