communication we like to receive a confirmation
mail from our clients for the required service
booking. It is requested to transfer advance
payment which you can do by using major
visa/master card or transferring cash in our
bank account. For trekking/ tour, rafting,
jungle safari hotel booking, 30% of total price
need to be sent in advance for flight booking
full amount is compulsory to transfer in our
bank account. Similarly for Tibet tour Bhutan
tour 50% of total sum is required as advance
payment. Rest amount can be paid on your arrival
in Kathmandu. Please be notify that paying by
credit/master card costs you 4% extra.
With your confirmation mail advance payment
please kindly fax your passport photo copy in
our fax number 00977-1-4-411571.
Cancellation
We charge you certain
cancellation fee if the service is needed to
cancel due to clients' own reason. We charge 30
% cancellation fee if you Cancel the service
before a month.
Canceling the service 2 weeks before will be
charged 50 % canceling the service one week
before will be charged 100% cancellation fee.
Our clients can post pond the trip in at least
two weeks earlier notification but a reliable
believable reason must me presented.
