Day 1 :
Fly to Paro from Kathmandu (Bhutan's Capital)
.You will be met at the airport and transferred
to Thimpu (65 kms./2 hrs. Approx.). tour
briefing / overnight hotel |
Day 2 :
A Full days sightseeing of Thimpu:
a.m.-visit Zeleukha Nunnery, the National
Library and the Memorial Chorten of His Late
Majesty Jigme Dorjee Wangchuk. p.m. A visit to
the Handicraft Development Corporation which
displays a variety of Bhutanese handicrafts. |
Day 3 :
Thimpu-Paro (65 kms. / 2hrs.)
a.m.-After breakfast a leisurely drive to Paro.
p.m.- Drive through the Paro Valley to visit
Drukgyel Dzong Kyichu Lhakhang. On a clear day
the beautiful Jhomolhari ( known as The Mountain
of the Goddess 7314m.)) is evident. we visit the
National Museum Located in the Ta Dzong which
displays a rich collection of fine arts and
weapons. |
Day 4 :
Drive to airport for your onward destination. |
